Your Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a multi-country services organisation across the Benelux and Eastern Europe cluster.
- Hold full responsibility for the cluster's P&L performance, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Drive service sales growth and support the achievement of ambitious business objectives.
- Develop and execute regional service strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives across maintenance, commissioning, field service, and lifecycle service activities.
- Manage and develop a large international team of approximately 150 employees across multiple countries.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of service offerings across the region.
- Lead transformation and organisational development initiatives within a matrix environment.
- Monitor market developments and industry trends to ensure long-term business success.
- Proven leadership experience within power distribution, electrification, electrical infrastructure, energy management, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong experience leading service organisations, including maintenance, commissioning, field services, customer support, or lifecycle services.
- Demonstrated success managing a significant P&L and driving profitable business growth.
- Experience leading multi-country teams within complex matrix organisations.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing service revenue and customer relationships.
- Experience managing large teams and developing leaders across multiple locations.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and pragmatic leadership style.
- Experience leading organisational transformation and change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English required. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
