Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant (Microsoft Azure)

The Opportunity

Do you love helping customers extract real value from the cloud? Do you enjoy the creative process of shaping solutions before they are even built? We are looking for an Azure Pre-Sales Consultant to drive business development and guide organizations through their Azure transformation journey.

In this role, you will be the bridge between customer needs and technical reality, partnering with Account Managers and technical teams to design meaningful outcomes and serve as an ambassador for Azure and AI innovation in the region.


What You Will Do

  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new Azure opportunities aligned with customer business goals.

  • Solution Shaping: Lead the full sales cycle—from initial discovery and workshops to solution design and final contract negotiations.

  • Architecture & Strategy: Conduct live whiteboarding sessions to design high-level architectures and collaborate with Architects to build accurate cost models.

  • Customer Advisory: Present complex technical proposals to both IT teams and C-level executives, managing objections and guiding strategic decisions.

  • Hands-on Validation: Deliver short Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solutions and accelerate customer commitment.

  • Ambassadorship: Support marketing initiatives, webinars, and events to promote Azure services and maintain a strong relationship with the Microsoft ecosystem.


What We Need to See From You

  • Background: Proven experience in cloud pre-sales or enterprise tech sales with a solid understanding of Azure services.

  • Consultative Skills: The ability to simplify complex technical topics and map cloud fundamentals (scalability, elasticity, consumption models) to specific business needs.

  • Executive Presence: Confidence in leading commercial conversations and presenting business value to senior leadership.

  • Commercial Acumen: Skills in building detailed proposals, estimating Azure costs, and contributing to the structure of service contracts.

  • Certification: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is required; further certifications (Associate or Professional) are highly valued.
