About the Opportunity
For one of our clients — an established manufacturing company — we are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager (m/f/d).
This is a key role at site level, with responsibility for managing and further developing all HR-related topics in a production environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to site leadership on all HR-related matters
- Manage and further develop employee and labour relations, including close collaboration with the Works Council
- Navigate a highly unionised environment with professionalism and credibility
- Ensure a strong on-site HR presence, working closely with production and shop-floor teams
- Support leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle
- Contribute to a constructive, partnership-driven social dialogue culture
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role (HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner / HR Leader)
- Strong and proven experience with Works Councils and unions in Germany (non-negotiable)
- Background in a manufacturing ot industrial environment.
- Solid experience in labour law and cooperation with employee representatives
- Strong operational mindset – pragmatic, solution-oriented, and close to the business
- A calm, credible, and confident communicator, able to build trust across all levels
- Willingness to be regularly on-site and close to operations
- Fluent German and English language
