As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Partner/Representative to collaborate with us on a flexible, part-time basis.
• Identify and connect with potential clients across Europe
• Build authentic relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
• Open conversations and create opportunities for collaboration
• Work closely with the founder on positioning and outreach
• Contribute to shaping our growth in a thoughtful, human way
• Experience in business development, consulting, or partnerships
• Strong relationship-building skills (not pushy sales)
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Based in Europe (Germany is a plus)
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Aligned with a values-driven, human-centred way of working
This is a freelance, performance-based collaboration and you will have our strong support support for each connection.
• Commission is linked to successfully generated business
