We are looking for a commercially driven and market-oriented Sales/Account Manager to support the growth of our client’s business in the electric two-wheeler sector. This role focuses on developing local market opportunities, strengthening sales channels, and building strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the e-mobility ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the electric two-wheeler market, ideally with exposure to components such as connectors, motors, controllers, batteries, or wiring harnesses, and is confident operating in an international business environment.
Analyze local market demand for electric two-wheeled vehicles, including e-bikes, electric motorcycles, mopeds, and related applications
Prepare sales forecasts and develop market-specific sales plans, ensuring effective execution
Build, develop, and maintain local sales channels, key accounts, and distributor networks
Identify and approach new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers
Conduct regular customer visits and business negotiations to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a high standard of commercial support
Collect and assess local market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer trends
Propose market development strategies and support regional business expansion initiatives
Assist in planning and participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities
Provide structured market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders, including product development teams, to improve competitiveness and product-market fit
Degree or educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Relevant experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the electric two-wheeler, e-mobility, or related component market
Strong understanding of the local market environment for electric two-wheelers and related supply chains
Existing customer network or industry contacts within areas such as motors, controllers, batteries, connectors, or wiring harnesses would be a strong advantage
Proven ability to develop business relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver against commercial targets
Fluent English skills and strong command of the local market language
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Self-driven, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
High level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism
