As an Analyst Investment Management Towers (m/f/d) within Business Management IVM, you will support strategic, financial, and operational initiatives related to infrastructure and investment topics. Your Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development of tower/infrastructure business units, including strategic positioning, M&A activities, and operational efficiency programs
- Manage, analyze, and further develop business plans, forecasts, and monthly financial reports
- Contribute to the evaluation of M&A opportunities, including financing structures, company valuation models, and strategic rationale
- Provide analytical insights to define financial and business targets for management teams
- Support the preparation of board and supervisory board materials, as well as executive-level presentations
- Participate in carve-out projects and structural transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses
- Translate complex data and findings into clear decision-making materials for senior leadership
Your Profile
- Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A, Private Equity, or Management Consulting; infrastructure know-how is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with solid knowledge of corporate finance principles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
- Basic understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
