Plant Manager (Manufacturing)
Location: Arad region, Romania

For a confidential manufacturing organisation in the Arad region, we are supporting the search for an experienced Plant Manager to lead and develop site operations.

Role Overview
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production in line with business objectives. This includes leadership of production teams, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for plant operations, production performance, and delivery targets

• Leadership, development, and engagement of production and engineering teams

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background)

• Several years of management experience in a production/manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills

• Experience with production planning, process optimisation, and team management

• Fluent Romanian; English required for internal and external communication
