With certified processes and a broad product portfolio, the company serves leading apparel, luggage, home-textile, and outdoor brands across multiple international markets.

Description
For our client, we are looking for a Regional Manager (Europe) who will be responsible for developing regional markets, managing key brand customers, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on driving sales growth, supporting customized product development in close cooperation with designers and manufacturing partners, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead market research and analysis for the assigned region and target customer segments
  • Define regional sales targets and break them down into actionable plans to ensure achievement
  • Build, lead, and manage the regional sales team, including daily operations and performance management
  • Drive the conversion of potential customers into active and long-term clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers’ designers on customized product development
  • Proactively support and anticipate customers’ product development needs for upcoming quarters and years
  • Coordinate with garment factories and business partners, including customer visits, stakeholder engagement, and sales execution
  • Organize and implement regional customer satisfaction surveys
  • Guide, supervise, and monitor pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service activities
  • Maintain and further develop relationships with key and strategic brand customers
  • Ensure timely collection of sales payments and manage receivables
  • Organize and lead weekly and monthly sales meetings
Requirements
Education & Language
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and market demand
  • Proven market development and business growth capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
  • Ability to establish, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong target setting, tracking, and execution abilities
  • High-performance sales team building and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the garment accessories industry
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining at least one well-known brand customer with high annual purchase volumes
  • Experience leading a sales team of at least three people
