Location: Darmstadt, Germany
Our client, an international organisation, is looking for a Technical Facilities Specialist to support the reliable operation and maintenance of its buildings and critical infrastructure.
What you’ll do:

Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, sanitary, fire safety, and building management systems

Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors
-
Perform regular technical inspections, tests, and compliance checks

Track and resolve technical issues and service requests
-
Support small installation, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
-
Maintain technical documentation and support procurement activities
-
Participate in a 24/7 on-call facility support rotation
What you bring:
-
Technical training and experience in HVAC or building services engineering
-
Knowledge of building management systems and fire safety installations
-
Familiarity with applicable standards, safety regulations, and documentation practices
-
Confident use of MS Office and technical tools (e.g. ERP, CAD, CAFM systems)

Independent, structured working style with strong problem-solving skills
-
Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
Languages:
-
English: working proficiency
-
German: good knowledge required for coordination with local suppliers
