The Role
Our client is seeking a Head of Digital Agency to lead the organization into its next stage of growth. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, creativity, and technology.
You will build strong client relationships, inspire and grow a high-performing team, and contribute to defining the agency’s vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success

Business Development: Identify new opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and support in winning new accounts

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality digital projects on time and on budget

Operational Excellence: Improve internal processes, workflows, and communication to enhance efficiency and collaboration

Strategic Direction: Contribute to defining the client’s market positioning, service offering, and growth strategy
Skills and Experience

Proven experience leading a digital agency, digital department, or similar environment

Strong knowledge of digital strategy, design, marketing, and technology

Excellent client relationship management and consultative selling skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable results

Fluency in English (French or other European languages are a strong plus)
