Our client builds self-organizing technical teams and provides end-to-end software development services for partners worldwide. With more than 300 successful projects—including long-term collaborations spanning over eight years—they focus on sustainable delivery and long-term value.
Operating as a cooperative, the organization practices self-management and empowers individuals to influence direction and strategy. Team members have the opportunity to become co-owners and share in the benefits of collective success.
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-impact product team focused on transforming how banks and card issuers manage risk. By leveraging automation, their platform streamlines fraud-related workflows and card dispute processes—helping financial institutions reduce inefficiencies, minimize losses, and strengthen customer trust.
You will contribute to a platform that enhances risk and fraud operations in the financial sector. The tech stack includes:
Frontend: TypeScript, React, Redux
Backend: Kotlin, Spring, PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: AWS
Productivity: AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor), applied thoughtfully and responsibly
You will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend services, and—if you are full-stack—implementing frontend features that integrate seamlessly into the product.
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will:
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
Contribute to frontend development for full-stack responsibilities
Participate actively in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Own tasks end-to-end—from planning and development to deployment
Collaborate closely with a small, agile team and communicate proactively
Help ensure high code quality, reliability, and system scalability
This role requires both technical depth and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
