We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer to join an innovative AI initiative focused on building diverse, high-quality Reinforcement Learning (RL) environments. These environments facilitate the development of advanced AI systems across various domains, including coding, mathematics, gaming, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement RL environments across domains including coding, math, and games

Define reward functions, evaluation metrics, and task specifications

Continuously improve the reliability, diversity, and overall quality of the RL environment suite

Provide technical guidance and feedback to improve the RL infrastructure

Collaborate closely with a fast-moving, research-oriented engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in machine learning — gained through work experience, academic training, or personal projects
- High fluency in Python with a track record of writing clean, efficient code
- Active user of large language models with a practical understanding of their capabilities and limitations
- Professional level of English
- Creative, self-directed mindset with the ability to generate new ML task ideas independenty
- High sense of ownership, responsibility, and consistent delivery of high-quality work
