ERP Support Specialist

ERP Support Specialist

Our client is strengthening its digital and operational capabilities and is looking for an ERP Support Specialist to support this transformation. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in systems support, ERP solutions, and data reporting who seek to grow in a stable, high-performing organization that values initiative and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users, managing support tickets and technical inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex cases to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.

  • Configure and maintain system parameters, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and automated workflows.

  • Support the deployment of new features and system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.

  • Monitor system performance, logs, and integrations to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or inefficiencies.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.


Requirements and Competencies

  • University degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of IT principles, system architecture, and support methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP or business management systems.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 or equivalent ERP platforms.

  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation.

  • Familiarity with additional reporting tools such as Tableau or QlikView is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of relational databases, integrations, and API-based communication.

  • Ability to interpret system logs, error messages, and configuration details.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Service-oriented approach with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or ERP platforms.

  • Background in software support, consulting, or system administration.

  • Knowledge of web services, data integrations, and API management.

  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English and Bulgarian, or another regional language).

  • Experience in training delivery or creating user-facing documentation.
