Country Manager – Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan

Location: Resident-based (Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan)
Experience: 3–5+ years
Industry: Construction | Renewable Energy | Waterproofing | Photovoltaics

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Country Manager to represent an international company specialising in waterproofing systems, roofing solutions, and photovoltaic products. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, develop the market, and build strong relationships with customers in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

What You Will Do

 

• Build and grow customer relationships in your local market.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Visit clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage orders, collections, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Act as the company’s representative in Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan, working independently while supported by the international HQ.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree (Business, International Trade, or related).
• Strong English skills and fluency in Russian/Kazakh/Uzbek.
• 3+ years’ experience in international sales or foreign trade.
• Background in construction materials, polymers, waterproofing, or photovoltaics is a big plus.
• Self-motivated, independent, and culturally aware professional ready for a long-term role.
