European Sales Representative

Location: CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) - Remote / Home Office / Preferred locations: Serbia and Hungary
Employment Type: Full-time / Unlimited contract

About the Company
Our client is a growing global player in the industrial and low-voltage electrical product sector. While already maintain strong customer relationships in Europe, they are now entering a new phase of expansion with plans to establish a dedicated European sales presence. This role is pivotal to the growth journey on the continent.

Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Representative Europe, you will lead business development, market expansion, and local customer relationship management efforts across Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the European marketing strategy, marketing planning work
  • Responsibility for European market research and development (market research and intelligence collection, application/competition/customer/industry research, product promotion); Planning, participating in industry exhibitions, industry summits, brand promotion (including technical or industry magazines)
  • Responsibility for promoting new business growth highlights of local customers (major customer development, promotion of new projects, recommending and participation in research and development), following up on new products and projects of customers, and establishing and improving timely feedback mechanisms
  • Responsibility for product quotation review, receivables management, credit risk management, file management, property management, and after-sales service of local customers
  • Responsibility for local customer business negotiations, regular orders, or contract review and approval
  • Responsibility for the local customer's finished product inventory management, issued goods monitoring and processing, reducing logistics and transportation costs
  • Responsibility for communication and coordination of relevant departments and other tasks assigned by leaders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial products, low-voltage electrical appliances, or contact industry experience is preferred
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English, as a working language
  • Must be open to frequent business travel across Europe
