E-commerce Promotions Specialist (SFCC)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Promotions Specialist (SFCC) with а hands-on experience in the e-commerce space. If you’re passionate about digital platforms, quick to adapt, and thrive in a collaborative environment—this might be the next career step for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SFCC-based e-commerce websites, including multi-site and multi-locale configurations.
- Create and optimize content using Page Designer, and manage promotional campaigns within the platform.
- Monitor and analyze site performance using reporting tools to support UX and conversion improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup, contributing to sprints and ongoing project work.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively propose solutions for better performance and efficiency.
- Make small front-end adjustments using a basic understanding of HTML.
- 2–3 years of practical experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Solid understanding of Page Designer, Promotions Management, and key SFCC features.
- Experience managing multi-site/multi-locale platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and comfort working with performance analytics.
- Proficient in English—both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A quick learner who grasps new tools and technologies rapidly.
- Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Calm and focused under pressure, able to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
