About the Role
We are supporting our client in the search for an Immigration Manager to join their EMEA team. This position plays a key role in coordinating global immigration casework across the region, managing client projects, and providing expert guidance while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage immigration casework for assigned EMEA countries, including case assessment, initiation, advising on rules and procedures, preparation and submission, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Liaise directly with third-party counsel across the EMEA region, providing strategic and commercial advice to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manage large-scale client projects from start to finish, working closely with other EMEA team members.
Organise and manage global immigration files and client reports through the firm’s proprietary case management system.
Conduct research on entry/exit and visa requirements within the EMEA region.
Draft client updates, alerts, and website content regarding regulatory and policy changes.
Prepare and coordinate client presentations on country-specific processes and contribute to the firm’s knowledge management portfolio.
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to junior colleagues.
Your Profile
5+ years of experience in EMEA immigration or coordinating global immigration casework within a law firm or relocation organisation.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and energetic with a strong service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree or equivalent qualification.
