About the role :

Our client is strengthening their IT team in Sofia and seeking an experienced IT professional to support and develop company's business applications, data intelligence, integrations, and web systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s digital environment. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where technology directly supports growth and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Business Applications

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide functional and technical support for core business systems.

• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and support application upgrades and enhancements.

Business Intelligence (Power BI)

• Develop and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Ensure data integrity and availability to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Define and monitor KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders.

API and System Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs for system integration.

• Support connectivity between CRM, ERP, and other internal platforms.

• Monitor API performance and maintain technical documentation.

Web Applications

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal web applications and portals.

• Ensure functionality, security, and user experience meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with users and developers to identify and apply improvements.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Business Applications, BI, API development, and Web technologies.

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
