Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with site leadership at all levels.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive talent management, culture, and alignment.
- Oversee recruitment, staffing, and succession planning for skilled roles.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and other HR administration tasks.
- Identify and deliver training programs to meet organizational development needs.
- Support leadership development through coaching and performance management.
- Uphold safety, quality, and ethical standards aligned with organizational systems.
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HRBP or/and HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of Belgian labor laws and HR systems/tools.
Preferred:
- Ambition for leadership roles in HR.
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office.
