HR Business Partner

Liege, Belgium

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, collaborating with site leadership at all levels.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive talent management, culture, and alignment.
  • Oversee recruitment, staffing, and succession planning for skilled roles.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and other HR administration tasks.
  • Identify and deliver training programs to meet organizational development needs.
  • Support leadership development through coaching and performance management.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and ethical standards aligned with organizational systems.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HRBP or/and HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge of Belgian labor laws and HR systems/tools.

Preferred:

  • Ambition for leadership roles in HR.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office.
