We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical System Integration Specialist to manage, optimize, and ensure the integrity of our internal systems. This role plays a key part in streamlining processes across the organization, with a focus on maintaining data consistency and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in configuring and maintaining internal systems, particularly within Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management), Production, and CRM modules, and ensuring seamless integration across these platforms.
System Configuration & Integration: Configure, manage, and optimize settings within internal systems, including Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM, Production, and CRM, ensuring smooth integration between systems for consistent financial, sales, and operational data.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with software development teams and business units to align system capabilities with organizational needs, optimizing systems for enhanced business processes and operational goals.
Data Integrity & Auditing: Ensure data consistency across modules and internal systems, perform regular audits, and resolve discrepancies to maintain high data quality.
Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to optimize workflows, system configurations, and overall efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key operational and financial metrics, utilizing advanced Excel and database tools for data extraction, analysis, and visualization.
Training & Support: Provide system-related training and support to employees, ensuring smooth and effective use of internal systems across departments.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting protocols.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of Office 365, Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management), and Microsoft 365.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data mining and data analysis, with a strong focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset, ensuring continuous improvement and system optimization.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Experience: Prior experience in process optimization, business analysis, and reporting is highly valued.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and system reliability.
Systems Implementation: Experience in internal systems implementation, administration, data governance, and reporting.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
