Project Manager/ HVAC Designer

Our client is a young and dynamic technical design and engineering company that provides independent project management services in the industrial construction and real estate sectors. Headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, they operate across Europe, delivering innovative, high-quality technical and technology solutions. With extensive experience in architectural and engineering design, they are expanding and are currently looking for an experienced Internal HVAC Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HVAC design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Revit.
• Capability to work in industrial environments.
• Skilled in both conceptual and execution design phases.
• Experience with heating design, piping dimensioning, and Air Handling Unit selection for industrial applications.
• Expertise in air duct design and dimensioning.
• Ability to evaluate tender documentation, conduct price comparisons, and provide purchasing guidance for industrial clients.
• Autonomous work style with strong communication and teamwork skills across disciplines (building, automation, electrical, refrigeration).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress and deadlines effectively.
• Precise in reporting to employer or client.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
• BIM (Revit - MEP) knowledge is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Full HVAC system design for proposed building projects.
• Attention to client quality standards and safety regulations.
• Creation of detailed technical CAD and Revit drawings.
• Familiarity with CE codes and European HVAC standards.
• Preparation of bills of quantities and technical documentation in MS Word and Excel.
• Production and execution drawing creation.
• Fluent English proficiency; additional languages are beneficial.
• BIM (MEP) expertise is a plus.
