Position Overview
The Ground Promotion Specialist (Czech) plays a hands-on, field-oriented role responsible for expanding retail store presence, optimizing store sales velocity, and building strong commercial partnerships across the Czech market. Based in Prague, this role focuses on executing local promotional activities, managing channel inventory, and conducting targeted market research to accelerate brand penetration and channel performance.
Key Responsibilities

Retail Store Development: Develop local store networks, driving higher store visit rates, product visibility, and sales velocity across designated territories.

Channel & Resource Expansion: Expand and facilitate strategic partnerships with local retail channels, distributors, and field promotional resources.

Inventory & Campaign Execution: Oversee local point-of-sale inventory management and ensure smooth, impactful execution of ground promotional activities and product displays.

Market & Product Research: Conduct field research and competitive analysis on local market trends, consumer behavior, and retail channel feedback to inform regional sales strategies.

Client Liaison: Perform regular store visits, build strong relationships with retail owners and staff, and resolve field-level operational inquiries independently.
Candidate Qualifications
Required:

Experience: 1-2 years of overall professional sales/promotion experience, including at least 1+ years of direct experience within the e-cigarette / electronic atomization industry.

Mobility & Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car for regular store visits and field mobility.

Retail Knowledge: Deep familiarity with retail promotion processes across Czech stores, with a proven track record of conducting independent field visits and client management.

Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written Czech and English (native or locally based Czech candidate preferred; no nationality restrictions).

Key Competencies: Highly extroverted personality with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proactive, self-driven, and adept at cross-departmental coordination.
